PMS Meditation - Preview

Encourage energy and ease throughout your body if you feel moody, irritated, or frustrated from PMS. In Chinese Medicine, detoxing the liver meridian will help move Qi (energy) and flush out toxins that can create uncomfortable moods. You'll visualize clearing out this meridian while encouraging a free flow throughout the body on a microscopic level. Props Suggested: Something comfortable to sit on.
